Family Stability Initiative Program:
The Community Housing Solutions Family Stability Initiative is a program
designed to assist qualified families with school-age children who own their
homes and are at risk of losing their homes to foreclosure. The goal of the
initiative is to enable families to maintain their housing stability, to keep
children stable in school.

Tool Loan and Home Maintenance Training
2,500 households served annually from our Larchmere and W45th Street
locations.

for information on tools available at our W. 45th Street location.
